What is Churrasco?

Churrasco originated in Brazil’s southern region in the 1800s, it began as the cuisine of gauchos—South American cowboys. Today, it has evolved into a cherished tradition, deeply rooted in Brazilian culture, symbolizing community and togetherness.

The Essence

The essence of churrasco-style grilling lies in highlighting the natural flavor of the meat. Brazilian gauchos intentionally developed methods to roast meat without smoking it, preserving its authentic taste.

Hidden gem in Parramatta! Came here to try their business lunch special and ordered the ‘Taste of Brasilia’. Absolute steal at $18 which includes a beer/drink. Was given a plate full of rice, beans, sauces (chimichurri, yum!) and a generous portion of meat. It even came with a large serving of salad served on a separate plate.
